We’re full into fall here in the Midwest, which means I’m making soup about every week. My favorite cool weather meal is soup and homemade bread.
I haven’t been able to find gluten-free bread mix for a few years now. The fad must have run its course and the local grocery stores quit carrying it. Fast forward to last Saturday when I saw several GF bread mixes on the clearance rack at Meijer. I wonder where they hid those mixes because they were not in the GF aisle.
